Associate Director Raffael Massa joins our team in Italy

Steer is pleased to welcome Raffael Massa as our new Associate Director in the Bologna office. Raffael is a Corporate Finance professional with more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, project financing, business planning, business valuations, M&A deals and privatisations.

Prior to joining Steer, Raffael worked at Deloitte Financial Advisory where he served as Director in the Valuation and Business Modelling team. During his experience with Deloitte, Raffael also worked in the M&A team supporting clients in buy side and sell side mandates. Throughout his professional career he has gained significant industry experience in the energy and renewable energy sector and in the aviation and transport services sector.

At Steer, Raffael will contribute in developing our Financial Advisory service offer in Italy, leveraging his experience in Corporate Finance. Raffael will also work together with our global Financial Advisory team to identify and pursue market opportunities and work on international and cross border projects.
