Steer Davies Gleave is pleased to announce the appointment of David Dewar as an Associate in our London-based Development Planning team.  David joins us from Mouchel, where he was Technical Director in Transport & Development Planning.  At SDG David will support the expansion of the transport planning capability for major development and urban regeneration projects, particularly in London and Southern England.

More recently, David  has provided advice to private landowners on the feasibility of promoting large scale residential development on challenging sites in the South East, and delivered transport assessments for residential development in London including sites within the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea Opportunity Area.

Sharon Daly, Head of Planning at Steer Davies Gleave said, “We are delighted that David has joined our Major Development and Events team. David brings to our team a wealth of valuable experience and knowledge of successfully delivering new and expanding developments in the UK”.
